Laurence Cook will be returning to teach at the Hatha Yoga Shala each Thursday for 8 weeks from the 14th of May until the 2nd of July.

Laurence helped establish the Hatha Yoga Shala and Yoga Mukti during the 1990's and 2000's, and has guided and developed the Shadow Yoga community in Adelaide over many Years.
